How to create a VRM account and add your system to your account

The Victron Remote Management (VRM) Portal allows you to monitor and manage your Victron system online. Follow the steps below to set up your account and connect your system.

Step 1: Create a VRM Account

1. Go to the VRM Portal: https://vrm.victronenergy.com/login.
2. Click Sign up.
3. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and password.
4. Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

Step 2: Find Your VRM Portal ID

On your GX device screen (or through the Remote Console), navigate to:
Menu → Settings → VRM Online Portal

Step 3: Add Your System to VRM

1. Log in to your VRM account.

2. Click Add Installation and select Cerbo GX / Cerbo-S GX.

3. Enter your Cerbo GX VRM Portal ID.

4. Give your system a name (e.g. “My Caravan Solar System”).

5. Click Connect.

Note

• Once connected, your system will appear on the VRM portal.

• If it is an Arizon-built Victron system, our team will receive a notification and can update your Access Level status.

• After setup, you’ll be able to monitor and manage your system remotely through the VRM portal.
